We’ve moved - and we’ve leveled up!
The Rivus team is now officially settled into our new, larger space! You’ll now find us high up on Medicinareberget. For some time we felt an increasing need for a larger space to host our R&D activities as well as battery and stack-testing. The new place has it all!

With well over 200 m² of professional office and lab space our new space gives us everything we need to take the next steps: we have dedicated and spacious areas for battery and stack testing, wet lab, workshop, and even a little study nook. This new set-up allows us to test 24 parallel batteries compared with eight at the old place. It has also enabled us to conduct a wider range of analysis and gather more information about the behaviour of our electrolytes. Another upgrade is the more developed and well adapted infrastructure for working with chemicals, such as integrated nitrogen line and additional chemical hoods. A big upgrade from our last self-built lab!
Three floors up, you’ll find our equally spacious new office - complete with an open-plan workspace, a relaxed chill-out corner, a meeting room and a bright, airy conference room. Natural light fills the space all day, and the view from up here overlooking Sahlgrenska and Änggårdsbergen isn’t too bad either!

Our new facilities will support our long-term growth, collaboration, and next-gen battery research. One of the key reasons we can see this as our long-term home is the flexibility to expand our lab or office space as our needs evolve.
